Term Courses

No prior knowledge is necessary; we meet you at your current level and support you along the way with inspiration, logistics, and technical guidance.

In the term courses, we cover the basic techniques of ceramics—slab building, coil building, hand-building, and throwing on the wheel. The groups are small, with a maximum of 9 people per course. We work together on group projects, but you can also work on your own ideas and projects under Karin and Nilla's guidance. Throughout the courses, we hold many demonstrations and reviews, often based on the participants' wishes and needs. We conclude the term courses with a joint exhibition opening, which is usually both fun and inspiring! 

Good coffee and snacks are included in the courses. There is an additional material cost of SEK 115 per kilo of fired stoneware clay, which includes glaze and firings.
